Good news! Property values are definitely going up in Plastiqueville, thanks to some new real estate. My friend Robert Goetzl passed on a scale model which he built for a landscape design project (now complete). Better than sending it off to a landfill, right? Weed Whacker Guy is hard at work, cleaning up the grounds and getting ready for some plantings. However, the new residents already have a difference of opinion: Mr. Yellow Boots wants to run around town with his friend in the jeep, while the lady of the house would prefer that he stay home and get started on that "Honey-Do" list.
